Common questions

Which TikTok accounts work?

TikTok Business Accounts only. Personal accounts cannot use TikTok's business messaging.

Is messaging available everywhere?

No. TikTok does not offer business messaging to accounts registered in the EEA, Switzerland or the United Kingdom. Comments, mentions, publishing and analytics are separate features.

Can I send campaigns or start chats with people?

No. TikTok only lets you reply to people who message you first, so Sky Free does not offer campaigns on TikTok.

Can automation message people who comment?

No. TikTok does not allow businesses to send direct messages to people who only commented, except in a small number of countries. Automation replies to comments publicly instead.
