Do I need to buy setup every time?
No. Setup is the first purchase for a new managed platform. Later you only buy Server Credits or add-ons for the same domain.
How are Server Credits consumed?
Managed platform activity consumes Server Credits per inbound and outbound event when the platform runs on Server Credits. Commission mode uses wallet debits instead of credit lots.
What counts as a credit event?
Each message sent or received across connected channels is treated as credit usage. Webhook and API-driven messaging activity that processes those platform conversations also contributes to that usage.
Can I change the billing mode later?
No. The billing mode selected during setup is locked for that platform after provisioning is completed, so choose Server Credits or commission carefully before payment.
What happens in commission mode?
Commission mode uses a wallet. For every successful transaction completed on your platform, the configured commission percentage is deducted from that wallet balance.
What if monthly commission is too low?
A minimum monthly commission applies. If the transaction-based commission collected during the month does not reach that minimum, the remaining amount is charged from your wallet.
Why do I need to maintain wallet balance?
The wallet must stay funded so commission deductions and any minimum monthly commission adjustments can be collected without interrupting the platform billing flow.
Do add-ons create a new platform?
No. Add-ons extend the existing platform. They do not reprovision the domain or reset the current admin access.
Will buying Server Credits reprovision my platform?
No. Server Credit purchases only recharge the balance for the existing platform. They do not create a new domain, new login, or new setup flow.
What should I do after setup payment succeeds?
After payment, point your domain to the provided DNS target and wait for propagation. The platform owner then uses the handoff email to access the provisioned workspace.
What if I use the wrong domain or owner details?
Setup provisioning and later recharges are tied to the submitted domain and owner information. Use the same correct details so purchases apply to the intended platform.
What does the platform user receive after payment?
Payment success triggers a confirmation email with DNS instructions, purchase summary, and login details when a setup purchase creates the platform user account.
Does setup include infrastructure and hosting?
Yes. This managed whitelabel flow includes the platform provisioning and managed runtime on Your App infrastructure. You do not need to separately host the app stack yourself for this plan.
